Privacy Policy for Zyro Cards

Zyro Cards includes the Eight Ki 13, Dehla Pakad and Call Break card games in Bot, Private and Online modes.
Information we process
The app may process a Firebase account ID, display name, email and Google profile photo, selected avatar, game statistics, match history, friends, blocked players, safety reports, room and matchmaking state, notification device token and technical crash information. Guest Login uses an anonymous Firebase account ID.
Online play and visibility
Players in a room can see the name, avatar, seat and game information needed to play. Realtime game state is synchronized through Firebase to support turns, reconnect and bot takeover.
Usage measurement and performance
Update 61 includes Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Performance Monitoring. Custom game events contain only categories such as game, mode and round count. They do not include account IDs, names, emails, friend targets, table codes, room IDs or cards. Custom performance traces measure selected connection and loading operations without those identifiers.
The Firebase SDKs also process installation/app-instance identifiers and device, app, interaction, timing and network diagnostics according to their standard collection behavior and the project's settings. Advertising-ID collection by Firebase Analytics is disabled; this does not change the separate AdMob consent flow. These SDKs are additional service providers for analytics and reliability measurement.

Automated Online players
When the future V2 matchmaking system is enabled after testing, unfilled seats may be filled with automated players after 30 seconds. Their names and preset avatars are generated match identities, not other users' profiles.
Notifications
When enabled, Zyro Cards stores a Firebase Cloud Messaging token, platform and selected app language. Friend requests, accepted requests, private-room invitations and important game updates may be delivered to the registered device.
Security and player safety
Firebase App Check with Play Integrity may be used to help reject traffic not originating from a genuine app installation. Players can block or report another player. A safety report may include Player ID, name, avatar, reason, optional details, app version and creation time.
Service providers and sharing
Zyro Cards uses Google Firebase services including Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Realtime Database, Cloud Messaging, Crashlytics, Cloud Functions and Cloud Storage. The app may also use Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), Google's User Messaging Platform for advertising/privacy choices, and Google Play Billing for optional Ad-Free Pass purchases. Zyro Cards does not sell personal information. Data is shared only as needed to operate the service, deliver advertising or purchases that you choose, comply with law, protect users or provide support.
Retention and deletion
Use Settings → Account & Privacy → Delete Account to remove account-owned profile, history, friends, blocked players, invitations, devices and the Firebase Authentication account. Old notification records may be retained for up to 90 days and safety reports for up to 180 days. A limited match snapshot may remain in another player's own match history or where needed for abuse review.
Advertising, promotions and payments
Free users may see Google AdMob advertising and Zyro Cards promotional or sponsored campaigns on the Home screen or at natural breaks such as after a completed match. Advertising is not intentionally inserted into live card play. Depending on your consent, device and Google settings, Google Mobile Ads may process advertising identifiers, device/network information and ad interaction data to provide, measure and protect ads. Where required, the app uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request or manage advertising consent and privacy choices.
Zyro Cards may also show admin-controlled service notices and promotions. Campaign media may be hosted in Firebase Cloud Storage. The app may record aggregate campaign impressions and clicks so campaign performance can be measured. Important update, maintenance and security notices may be shown even to Ad-Free users because they are service communications rather than commercial advertising.
Where regional privacy rules apply, Google's consent and privacy messaging may provide controls such as consent, manage options, or opt-out choices. The app also exposes an Ad privacy choices entry point when Google indicates that privacy options are required for the current user.
Optional Ad-Free Passes are purchased through Google Play Billing. Google handles the payment method and financial transaction; Zyro Cards does not receive your full payment-card details. To activate, restore and keep an Ad-Free Pass synchronized, the app and secure backend may process the Google Play product ID, purchase token, subscription/base-plan information, expiry time, acknowledgement state, refund/revocation status and a privacy-preserving account binding derived from your Zyro account ID. Google Play real-time developer notifications may be used by the backend to keep purchase, top-up, expiry, refund and revocation state current even when the app is not open. Active paid or admin-granted Ad-Free users do not receive commercial AdMob ads or sponsored Zyro promotions during the entitlement period.
Zyro Cards does not provide cash betting, cash withdrawal or a Coins/Gems cash economy.
