Delete your Zyro Cards account and data

These instructions apply to Eight Ki 13, Dehla Pakad and Call Break data stored under the same Zyro Cards account.

Delete from inside the app

  1. Open Zyro Cards and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Select Account & Privacy.
  4. Select Delete Account.
  5. Type DELETE and confirm. Google accounts may require sign-in verification.

What is deleted

The deletion flow removes the Firebase Authentication account and account-owned profile, match history, friend connections and requests, blocked-player records, room invitations, in-app notifications and registered notification devices. Active room and matchmaking presence is cleared when possible.

Request deletion without app access

Email zyrocards.help@gmail.com from the email address linked to the Google account. Use the subject Zyro Cards Account Deletion and include the Player ID if available. Identity verification may be required.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Deleting your Zyro Cards account does not itself create a Google Play refund. Google Play may retain transaction records as required for payments, fraud prevention, accounting or law. A prepaid Ad-Free Pass is tied to the Zyro account used for verification and should be treated as forfeited if that Zyro account is permanently deleted.

Retention

Old notifications may remain for up to 90 days and safety reports for up to 180 days. A limited match snapshot may remain in another player's own match history or where technically or legally required for security and abuse review.

Zyro Cards अकाउंट और डेटा हटाएँ

  1. Zyro Cards खोलकर सही अकाउंट से लॉगिन करें।
  2. Settings → Account & Privacy → Delete Account खोलें।
  3. DELETE लिखकर पुष्टि करें। Google अकाउंट में दोबारा सत्यापन माँगा जा सकता है।

ऐप उपलब्ध न होने पर लिंक किए Google ईमेल से zyrocards.help@gmail.com पर “Zyro Cards Account Deletion” विषय के साथ Player ID भेजें। अकाउंट हटाना स्थायी है। Zyro अकाउंट हटाने से Google Play खरीद का अपने-आप refund नहीं बनता और उस Zyro अकाउंट से जुड़ा prepaid Ad-Free Pass दोबारा restore नहीं किया जा सकेगा।
